Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels are securely attached to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
