Note that orders containing multiple items are given a processing time according to the item.
Before shipping, our team will perform an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to fully manage it because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The stock can change at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may become unfulfilled after you place the order.
The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
