Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will be able to pack the goods according to our exact and precise specifications. Your products will go through an exhaustive inspection and adequately secured before being delivered. Every day, we send thousands of packages to customers across many countries. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.
Prior to shipment, we check the item carefully before shipping. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
