Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods precisely according to the specifications we provide. Your items are carefully inspected and properly secured before shipping. Returns
We don't manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after the order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and still in the same condition as the day you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
