We provide a variety of shipping options thanks to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will pack the items according to the exact and precise specifications. Your products will go through a thorough inspection and be adequately secured before being delivered. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers across many countries. This shows that we're committed to being the largest retailer on the internet. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely because several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it has been placed.
The period of time is 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
