Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will be able to pack the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and secured. It is important to note that orders with multiple items are processed according to the particular item.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we are involved with multiple organizations, such as the factory and our storage. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
