Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will wrap your goods in accordance with our exact and accurate specifications. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be securely packaged before being sent out. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. This is a sign of our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. The warehouses are located situated in Europe as much as they are in USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, based on the individual product.

Returns
We are not able to control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock when the order has been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
