Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications we provide. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly examined and secured. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.
Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Be aware that your order will become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
